NOTICE TO MEMBERS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 47th Annual General Meeting of Bay Street 4145 Limited will be held in the Church Hall, Rockdale Uniting Church, Bay Street Rockdale (entrance via rear of Church from Chapel Street) on Sunday 18 December 2022 commencing at 1.00pm.
NOTE: DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU ARE UNWELL; HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO IS UNWELL OR HAVE BEEN OVERSEAS OR HAD COVID IN THE 14 DAY PERIOD BEFORE THE MEETING.
AGENDA
The business of the Annual General Meeting will be as follows:
- To accept apologies
- To receive, consider and adopt the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 9th August 2020*
- To receive the Chairman’s Report on behalf of The Board of Director’s.
- To receive, consider and adopt the Financial Report, including the Annual Income and Expenditure Accounts and Balance Sheet for the period ending 31st December 2021*. Questions relating to the accounts must be in writing forwarded to the Club by mail to PO Box 747, Rockdale 2216 or email to apdale1@aapt.net.au at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
- To receive, consider and adopt the Auditors
- To consider for adoption the Resolution in accordance with part 10(1) (i) of the Registered Clubs Act as
- Elect the Director’s for the forthcoming year.
- Consideration to be given to honorariums.
- Confirmation of Auditor and Patrons for the forthcoming year
- General Business, of which seven (7) days prior notice in writing to the Club by mail to PO Box 747 Rockdale 2216 or email to apdale1@aapt.net.au has been given.
